“TEDS” developed by Beijing New Vision Science And Technology Co.,Ltd was awarded the project approval of Science Ministry technological SME technological innovation fund of the 2^nd batch of 2011.

   Technological SME technological innovation fund is a governmental special fund aiming at supporting SME’technological innovation.   Beijing New Vision Science And Technology Co.,Ltd, as a innovating technological company, is devoted on technological development and promotion of railway locomotive, motor train informatization and railway transport safety detection field. The project approval system “TEDS” is a man-machine system. By installed a line array and area array camera, collecting images of motor train units’ running gear, brake parts, chassis suspension parts, coupler connection, skirt boards on both sides of the car, bogie, wheel tread, wheel edge, rim etc., it uses image automatic identification technology and automatically analyze the troubles of the images; at the same time, the images can be transmitted to alarming terminal in scheduling room by network; then manual confirmation and trouble alarming will be made; it combines man work and machine work to realize overall and key points detections; it can improve the working efficiency and quality of detectors; strengthen the ability of finding the hidden troubles in the running of motor trains and provide the collection, analysis and management of troubling information data.   The project approval of “TEDS”of our company is a capital investment of a higher class after receiving the project approval of Beijing technological SME innovation fund in March of this year.
